SCUBA
300m Dive Watch
Scuba diving doesn’t always involve boats and tanks. But this is why we made the Scuba dive watch. Designed to withstand almost anything that could be thrown at it, this watch is solid and serious. Whether it be while exploring new places, or beating business challenges, the Scuba is your companion through thick and thin.
MOVEMENT
SW200-1
Sellita is one of the most prestigious suppliers of high-quality mechanical movements in the world. The SW200-1 is a self-winding movement that comes with ball-bearing rotor and 26 jewels. The calibre itself has a diameter of 25.6mm and measures 4.5mm thick, which are rather standard dimensions for an automatic movement. This watch also beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and boasts a decent power reserve of 38 hours.
CASE AND BRACELET
316L Stainless Steel
316L Stainless steel is a grade of stainless steel that has extra-low carbon content and is extremely resistant to corrosion such as seawater or acidic liquids. 316L is also magnetic resistant, unlike the general-use stainless steel grade of 201 or 304L. With Molybdenum added, it gives 316L a better overall corrosion-resistant property than 304L. Therefore the material is widely used in diving equipment due to the materials high corrosion-resistance.
CRYSTAL
Domed Sapphire
The crystal is the most important part of your watch: it protects the mechanical parts inside and makes it waterproof. When you buy a watch, you are looking for a clear and scratch-free crystal, with a good fit between the rim of the crystal and the bezel (the metal plate that surrounds it). Sapphires are the highest quality you can achieve in the watch world, but they are also among the most expensive.
